It was my friend Amanda's birthday today. We celebrated by going to watch an rated-R movie because that's one of few privileges you get once 17! Anyways, Oblivion was the only interesting one out in theatres...and let me tell ya, you HAD to pay attention. Especially to the little details or else it was a puzzle you could not put together. We had the theatre to ourselves for a while, what an awesome feeling!
I've been to Ikea only once way back when and even now I can't remember actually being in the store.. so going today was overwhelming! Did they always serve food, have you follow the arrows and have actual Swedish food available to buy once leaving? Well, now that I have visited, I cannot wait to go back. My favorite part: the kitchen supplies. I was freaking out with all the inexpensive supplies one could buy. A 4 set container for sugars, salt, pepper, whatever you wanted in them, only $3.99? Emily's on Cloud 9! The pots and the pans and the ladles and the very colorful sets of silverware. It was too wonderful. Ikea, you betcha ill be back!
Terminal knowledge! The cutest rapper there is. He is a part of The Palmer Squares from Chicago. Look them up because they are downright amazing with their crazy, hyped up lyrics.

It's been this bizzare mix of events, emotions, and even "enigmas." I got kissed on the cheek by the boy that I'm crushing on, score! I have fun at my job, it's great. And summer is right around the corner!

My favorite singing voice in this entire world is most definitely Gabrielle Aplin. I just...I can't even describe how amazing it would be. It would be brilliant. Her album is coming out soon and I'm ecstatic! (Shout out to my home girl Kylie who told me about her, I've become obsessed). If I had to choose a male voice it'd be Gianni Luminati...gosh, he's such a babe.
Oh the humanity. Do you see the water stains on that photo? Grrrrr. This was developed way back when my sister and I first started our photo class. When we got our first film handed to us we automatically planned a "photo shoot" and this was one of the portraits. Amy took this and I guess she didn't care too much about the stains being there..It's okay, ill develop new one tomorrow. That's what I love about photo. I can make a print whenever I'd like as long as I have paper. I'll miss photo so much. It kills me that I won't be taking the class next year...what a bummer.

Okay, I am obsessed with the contrast on this cute picture! Making prints of all my negatives makes me the happiest person, especially when they are this wonderful (egotistical moment, ftw).

Not every day is going to be smooth sailin'. As strange as today has been, I've enjoyed the experience of being lost in a moment of unknown clarity. I know, what a cliché. I just cannot stop thinking about a friend of mine who has made realize that I need to break out of old habits, to not feel embarrassed in public, to take risks, to enjoy the awkward moments just because awkward can be a great feeling, to scream at the top of your lungs in the cafeteria if you really just don't care, to be silly and unique. I could go on and on and on...... I've just got a feeling of being lost, but it isn't terrible like in the beginning. It's almost like an accomplishment.
I love sushi. Then again, who doesn't? Had a wonderful lunch date with my friends and they chose the best restaurant to go to- Sushi Ave. Cliché food picture, ehh?
